The focus of the class is having fun while using core stability to improve the overall functioning of the body and build a stronger and more balanced physique. You should expect to be in and out of the water throughout the class, so prepare to get wet! It will surely feel refreshing.
Don’t worry about supplying any equipment. The class includes a paddle board, paddle, and PFD, as well as a certified instructor. Just bring water, a towel, and the desire to build your core strength through a fun Nashville paddle board fitness class.
New to stand-up paddling? Don’t worry about it! Our classes begin with a 15-minute SUP lesson for those who don’t have much experience. Those who are experienced may use that time to paddle freely before the fitness class begins.
