Flow & GLOW On Your Board
90 min Total (30m Social Paddle, 1hr SUP Yoga)
GLOWga is a fun new way to experience SUP Yoga after dark. You’ll start with a 30 min sunset social paddle (a perfect time to unwind and snap some beautiful pics) then transition into 60 min of SUP Yoga on boards lined with soft-glowing LED lights. A low, slow, grounded flow lessens the chance of falling and provides a tranquil, meditative experience.
Due to the after-dark nature of this event, previous paddling experience is required.
Class includes all needed equipment (paddleboard with glow lights, paddle and PFD) and certified instruction.
