New For July!

New Classes. We got it! You love to SUP. You want more…and we’ve got it. Once you’ve had your first taste of standup paddling (SUP), you want to improve your skills. We have a bunch of new opportunities:

• Next imagesLevel SUP. This is our “tips, techniques and training” outing. Our experienced instructors will be out on the water with you, giving your pointers on paddling straight, perfecting turns, efficient paddle stroke and also helping your meet other friendly paddlers. This is a great option for those who have taken Intro and want more than a rental. This class is offered Sundays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

• SUP Trail Run. A new offering from our resident marathoner, Richard, this hybrid class covers two miles of rocky trail run followed by two miles of paddling. Bring your running shoes and a change of clothes on Saturday mornings and be prepared to sweat.

• Fitness Onboard. Holly Myers is a Fitness Onboard-certified instructor and is bringing this workout to the water for Nashville Paddle Co. This is another great opportunity to get sweaty this summer. Fitness Onboard is offered Tuesday evenings.
