July 23 (5:15pm-6:30pm) — SUP Fitness with KrankFIT
An on-board circuit based class with a mix of stabilization, strength and lots of core work. You can expect a fun mix of slow controlled moves and dynamic full-body moves with guest instructors from KrankFIT Cycle & Strength, a HIIT-based fitness studio located in the Green Hills area of Nashville. Their studio classes offer both indoor cycling and circuit classes, giving clients a one stop shop to get all their cardio and strength needs. 15min Paddle Instruction + 1hr Class *No experience required for this event
August 5 (6:00pm-7:45pm) — Kundalini SUP Yoga & Sound Bath with Happy Go Yogi
Join Vickie Martin of Happy Go Yogi, for an experience in synchronizing the mind, body and spirit. You’ll spend an hour on the water for Kundalini SUP Yoga and Meditation, which strengthens the nervous system and brings the body, mind, and spirit together in balance. Afterwards, you’ll move to a quiet place on the shore for a 30min Sound Bath with gongs and crystal singing bowls, to awaken to the reality of healing the body with vibration and sound. 15m Paddle Instruction + 1hr SUP Yoga + 30min Sound Bath *No experience required for this event
