The NPC crew in front of our new building.

We’re about to take on a big project. We’re renovating a Metro Parks building in the park where we paddle–Hamilton Creek Recreation Area–to be our bricks and mortar boathouse. It will allow us to have more paddleboards, plus kayaks and other goodies in the future, and also allow us to sell water bottles and other must-haves for people who use the park. We’re really excited about this work-in-progress. But the immediate bonus is we now have restrooms/changing rooms that you can use before and after you paddle with us. And that’s some progress we’re all excited about. Please tell us what kinds of amenities you’d like to see us add at the park.
