Details About the Event

Sarah Shearer, owner of Painted Paw Studio, is an avid paddler and long-time friend of Nashville Paddle Co.  We are excited to collaborate with her for this special event combining 3 of her loves:  paddling, painting and pets!  Paint & Paddle will start with a 15 min SUP or Kayak Land Lesson, followed by a 1 hour Social Paddle and 2 hour Guided Paint Session … ending with a 12″x12″ paw-fect acrylic portrait of your pet.

With class registration you’ll receive:

  • 12” x 12” canvas

  • Use of paints, brushes and other art supplies

  • Your furry friend hand sketched onto the canvas by Sarah Shearer

  • Two hours guided painting time

  • 1 hour paddle rental

  • 15 minute paddle instruction session

With your pet’s outline already sketched out, you’re all set to create the paw-fect masterpiece as you learn how to mix and apply paints. Let your creativity flow in this accessible, fun painting party!

P.S. Picnic items are encouraged- bringing snacks make everything more fun!

There are TWO steps to booking this event:

  1. Make your reservation HERE.
  2. Send a chest-up photo of your pet to [email protected] a minimum of 3 days before the event.

A Note About Cancellations:  Changes to your reservation made with at least 24 hours notice will result in a credit for (1) PYOP Class at Painted Paw Studio and (1) 1hr Rental at Nashville Paddle Co.  If unsafe weather causes us to cancel, a reschedule date will be chosen and anyone who can not attend will be given credits as previously described.
