Just three days until the third annual Music City Yoga Festival, a community fundraiser for Liz’s Small World Yoga non-profit. We’ll be at Rocketown on Saturday from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. We’ll be there talking FloYo and teacher training and SUP yoga, and, of course, bringing our mats to practice with 300 of our closest friends.
